Updated at 9:18 am: This accident is now cleared. All lanes of I35 in Kyle are now open.
Interstate 35 north is closed just north of Center Street due to a collision between a car and panel van. The van overturned and is blocking two lanes of traffic. The third lane has also been blocked to allow the tow truck to upright the vehicle. Attempts at up-righting the vehicle have been complicated by the heavy load of corn meal that the van was carrying. Crews at the scene are in the process of off-loading some of the corn meal onto a second truck that has been called to the scene. There were injuries, but none life threatening.
