Carol Ann Wilder of Driftwood, Texas, beloved and cherished wife, mother, grandmother and sister passed away on Monday, November 28, 2011, at the age of 60. She was born March 1, 1951, in Fort Worth, Texas, the daughter of William F. and Alma Lorraine (Griffin) Fenley.
She is survived by her parents; husband, Jack Daniel Wilder; son, Harper Wilder; daughter, Lea Wilder; brother, Paul R. Fenley; sister, Melanie K. Webb; and four grandchildren.
Carol loved life and everything about it. She lived by the motto “if you fill your heart with love, there isn’t room for anything else.” She filled our worlds with love.
Family will receive friends at Pennington Funeral Home, from 1-4 p.m. Friday, December 2, 2011. Please come help us celebrate her life this weekend at 10 a.m., Saturday, December 3, 2011, in the Pennington Memorial Chapel. Interment will follow at the San Marcos City Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers will be Travis Arrieta, James Stitts, Weston Schulze, Denzal Wright, Colby Stevens, Mathew Mullens, Jesse Flores and Zak Robinson.
