The Buda Library will start off the New Year with adult art classes with artist Zak Dennis on Wednesday, Jan. 4, from 6 to 7:30 p.m., with classes held on the first Monday of each month. For more information, call 366-2393.

Members of the Onion Creek Senior Center will not meet on Thursday, Dec. 29. After the New Year, members will gather on Thursday, Jan. 5 when the doors open at 9 a.m. for games and visiting. The menu for the noon lunch will be King Ranch casserole, pinto beans, Texas Toast and various cakes. Seniors new to the area are welcome to come by and check us out at Barton’s Crossing on FM 2770, behind the Justice of the Peace office. For more details, call 468-4451.
