Christmas celebration in downtown Kyle (Nov. 30)
Santa will arrive in downtown Kyle at City Square Park on a firetruck Wednesday. Hays CISD choirs will perform at the gazebo and the mayor will light the Christmas tree, 4:30-8:30 p.m.
First Thursday (Dec. 1)
Enjoy restaurants, shopping and entertainment on Main Street, Buda, 5-9 p.m.

Empty Bowl Project (Dec. 1)
Hays High School Art Club hosts this charity benefiting the Hays County Food Bank and St. Vincent de Paul. Students and faculty have hand-thrown and glazed one-of-a-kind art bowls and for $10 they will fill one with yummy soup or pasta and you get to keep the piece of art. Hays High School Cafeteria, 6 p.m.
