A 25-year-old Kyle man has been arrested on three counts of indecency with a child by sexual contact, authorities say.
Sergio Arturo Ramos-Macias allegedly touched the breasts and genitals of an underage girl on numerous occasions between October 2010 and February 2011, according to a probable cause affidavit used to secure an arrest warrant.
Ramos-Macias was a friend of the girl’s family, says the affidavit, written by Hays County Sheriff’s Det. Eugene Carranza. The age of the girl was not disclosed.
In one of the incidents, Ramos-Macias allegedly straddled the girl on her bed and tried to draw a moustache on her with a marker and then put his hand down her shirt, the affidavit states.
Ramos-Macias was arrested March 23 and remains in custody at Hays County jail on bonds totalling $75,000.
