The Lehman girls cross country team finished seventh out of 18 teams at one of the most prestigious non-district meets of the season Saturday at Lockhart. Freshman Ofelia Negrete led the Lady Lobos with a 26th place overall finish individually in a field of more than 150 competitors. Other Lehman girls that helped the varsity to a strong finish were freshman Pressley Bailey (30th place), senior Amara Smith (35th), junior Ashley Morgan (41st), senior Bianca Meza (83rd), sophomore Ashley Martinez (84th) and senior Cora Johnston (103rd).
