Philip Randolph Phillips 82, of Dripping Springs, Texas passed away December 9th, 2021 at his home. We will miss his joking and sense of humor.
He is survived by his daughter, Diane Phillips of the home, his son Stephen Phillips of Inman, SC, a nephew James Owens of Enoree, SC, three grandchildren and four great grandchildren and friends Doug Becker of Austin and Dawn Sheffield of Wimberly. He is predeceased by his father, Warren Phillips, Sr, his mother Jeannie Phillips, his brother Warren Phillips, his sister Mary Lou Shenkel, his wife Irene Phillips, and a son Donald Phillips.
Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Friday, December 17, 2021 at Harrell Funeral Home Dripping Springs, 100 Heritage Dr., Austin, TX 78737. Funeral services will follow 11:00AM at Harrell Funeral Home. Burial will be in Pursley Cemetery, Dripping Springs.
