Buda Trail of Lights (Dec. 14–21)
Fun, food and holiday splendor beckons visitors to enjoy a spectacular display of twinkling lights brightly illuminating historic Stagecoach Park with various winter wonderland scenes. Free parking at Cabela’s with shuttle to park. From dusk until 10 p.m., through December 21.
Grand Opening of Buda’s Historic Stagecoach House (Dec. 16)
There will be a ribbon cutting and grand opening for Buda’s historic Stagecoach House and new visitor center from 10 a.m. to noon at Buda’s Stagecoach Park, 880 Main Street, Buda.
‘Sing for Their Supper’ Music Fest (Dec. 17)
This community-wide celebration will feature live music, candle making, cookie decorating, face painting and a visit from the big guy himself. Bring a couple of cans of food for the Hays County Food Bank and join in the festivities. 9 a.m.-5 p.m., 211 Elmhurst Drive in Kyle.
