The City of Buda will host a free concert with two live bands this Friday night at City Park.
RockStella, a girl band comprised of preteens and teens from Hays County, will perform pop music covers followed by country music group the Hayden Thomas Band.
At 8 p.m., the concert will begin under the park’s large pavilion. Seating will be available on the grass and pavement, and attendees are encouraged to bring lawn chairs as well as food and beverages. No glass containers will be allowed and concessions will be available.
The concert is part of the city’s Toons and Tunes summer series. Next Friday, showing of the movie “Shrek Forever After” will take place at 9 p.m.
