The month of October is designated as Chamber of Commerce month in Texas and we have definitely been having a great month. Next month begins with our popular business mixer known as the Ambassador’s B.A.S.H. at the new Dickey’s BBQ in Kyle featuring BBQ tastings, cold adult and kid-friendly beverages along with some great music. The B.A.S.H. is free and open to the public, providing an opportunity for business professionals to learn more about the goods and services other businesses provide in our area. Finally, although the Kyle Visitor’s Center will be moving to a new temporary home at the end of November while our Train Depot gets some much needed renovations, we will continue to serve tourists and locals alike Monday through Friday 9 a.m.-4 p.m. and Saturdays 9 a.m.- 2 p.m.
