Graduation ceremonies this weekend
Graduation ceremonies for the district’s three high schools have been set, starting with Lehman High School’s exercises this Friday, May 27, 8 p.m., at Shelton Stadium. Academy High School holds its graduation ceremony this Saturday, May 28, 2 p.m., at the Performing Arts Center. Hays High School holds its ceremony this Saturday, May 28, as well, starting at 8 p.m. in Shelton Stadium.
In the event of rain, Lehman’s graduation exercises will be held in the LHS Blue Gym and the overflow crowd will be accommodated at the PAC with live streaming of the ceremony. Should weather force Hays High School’s ceremony indoors, Bales Gym will be the site of the live ceremony, with overflow directed to the PAC for live streaming of the event. Students and families are invited to watch all three of the graduation ceremonies online at the district website. The following URL gives additional information about the live streaming: http://www.hayscisd.net/graduation.
