HAYS COUNTY — A Hays CISD board member may step down from their position.
On Dec. 2, the HCISD Board of Trustees will hold a special meeting at 4:30 p.m. to consider the resignation of trustee Willie Tenorio — He currently holds the Single Member District 2 seat.
Tenorio moved outside of the district he current serves. At the meeting, the board will consider the resignation and appoint a trustee that will fill the District 2 seat until May 2022, which is the next regular school board election.
