As a former representative for the Hays CISD Board of Trustees Place 5 I appreciate the needs of this quickly growing area. Joe is a personable, people-person who knows how to get along with all sorts of people. His 10 plus years experience makes him an excellent consensus builder who can bring together the many divergent viewpoints that the various trustees bring to the school board.
