The question voters must ask themselves is, which candidate has the integrity, temperament, maturity and judgment to be an effective Texas Supreme Court Justice? Rick Green, based on his record and recent behavior, specifically, assaulting an individual at a polling place, and as a legislator, discrediting himself by filming an infomercial in his capitol office, has demonstrated that he lacks all of the above traits. Additionally, Rick Green has no judicial experience. In contrast, Judge Debra Lehrmann, based on her behavior and record, including over 20 years as a judge, has demonstrated that she has all of the above traits and experience to be an effective Supreme Court Justice.
