Sheriff Tommy Ratliff is hosting a charity golf tournament next month benefitting Hays County high schools, CASA Central Texas and the Hays County Youth Livestock Show.
The “Scramble Fore Kids” tournament is scheduled for Saturday, July 10 at the Quicksand at Woodcreek in Wimberley. The format is a four-person Florida Scramble.
The entry fee is $75 per person. Various other levels of sponsorship are also available for individuals or businesses starting with hole sponsorships at $150.
Proceeds from the tournament will be used to fund scholarships for San Marcos, Wimberley, Driping Springs, Hays and Lehman high school students as well as for the other groups.
