Local kids can participate in a free Pitch, Hit and Run competition this Saturday hosted by the Kyle Parks and Recreation Department.
This grassroots competition recognizes individual excellence in core baseball/softball skills. All competitors are divided into age divisions and winners from each division can qualify for the sectional level of competition.
The event starts at 10 a.m. on Saturday on Field 1 at the Gregg-Clarke Park.
All participants must bring a copy of their birth certificate and fill out a registration/waiver form prior to the start of the competition.
