HAYS COUNTY -- A 35-year-old Hays County man was arrested for continuous sexual abuse of a child — a first-degree felony offense.
The Hays County Sheriff's Office responded to the report on Sunday, Aug. 22, and Andrew Alan Brown was identified as the suspect in the case. Patrol deputies arrested Brown and detectives executed a search warrant of his residence.
