School supplies need urgent

WELL Clinic gets Target grant
Hays CISD’s WELL Clinic has been awarded a Target grant for $2,000. Ruth Roberts, Director of Student Health Services for the district, reports the grant focuses on the clinic’s Reach Out and Read Program. “Through this program,” Roberts says, “we provide age-appropriate books to children at their well-child checks beginning at six months of age. We offer books in English and Spanish to families, which is wonderful, as well!”
