Hilda Katie Luedecke Gage was born June 4, 1918 near Ottine, Texas. Hilda married William J. Gage and they had four children: Kay Prather and husband Larry of Austin, Bill Gage of Austin, Margaret Jordon and husband Jack D. of Kyle, and Gerald and Carol Sue Gage of Buda. Hilda was a lifelong member of Creedmoor Eastern Star Chapter #607. She was preceded in death by her husband, William Joe Gage; grandson, William Clayton Gage; sisters, Erna Miller and Gertrude Hanzalik; brothers, Walter Luedecke, Herman Luedecke, Erich Luedecke; and parents, Herman and Hermine Heiland Luedecke.
Services were October 9, 2010 with Pastor Tim Anderson officiating.
