The Kyle Fair & Music Festival is the annual event celebrating the 130 years that Kyle has been a community in the center of Central Texas. This weekend is full of scheduled activities and events in and around Gregg-Clarke Park in downtown Kyle.
Admission to the park is free, the live music concerts are free and the shuttle from the City Square to the Kyle Fair on Saturday afternoon is free.

Thursday, October 14
• 7 a.m.-5 p.m.: Gregg-Clarke Park is closed to the public as staff prepares for Kyle Fair & Music Festival
• 5-11 p.m. – Kyle Fair Carnival opens
Friday, October 15
• 7 a.m.-4 p.m. – Gregg-Clarke Park is closed to the public while vendors set up, stage and sound get set and BBQ cookers arrive
• 4-11:30 p.m. – Gregg-Clarke Park welcomes all as vendors open, music starts and carnival begins:
• 5 p.m. – KidZone opens
• 5:30 p.m. – Free Music Festival featuring Spencer Thomas
• 7 p.m. – Fajitas judged at Cook-Off
• 7:30 p.m. – Free Music Festival featuring Redd Volkaert
• 8 p.m. – Beans judged at Cook-Off
• 9:30 p.m. – Free Music Festival featuring David Ybarra & LA Blues Band
Saturday, October 16
• 9:45-10:45 a.m. – Center Street closed in downtown for Parade
• 10:45 a.m.-11 p.m. – Gregg-Clarke Park welcomes all as vendors open, music starts and carnival begins:
• 10:45 a.m. – Free Music Festival featuring Texas FX
• 11 a.m. – Chickens judged at Cook-Off
• 11:45 a.m. – KidZone opens
• Noon – “Happy Birthday Kyle” and birthday cake
• 12:02 p.m. – Free Music Festival featuring Blake & Fallon
• 12:30 p.m. – Spareribs judged at Cook-Off
• 1:30 p.m. – Free Music Festival featuring Matt Deaton
• 2 p.m. – Best Pit, Best Camp and Cooks Choice judged at Cook-Off
• 3 p.m. – Free Music Festival featuring Wes Hayden
• 3:30 p.m. – Fruit Cobbler judged at Cook-Off
• 4 p.m. – Shuttle Van (Free) running from City Square/City Hall to Kyle Fair
• 4 p.m. – Brisket judged at Cook-Off
• 4:45 p.m. – Free Music Festival featuring Granger Smith
• 6:30 p.m. – Trophies & Prizes awarded at Cook-Off
• 6:45 p.m. – Free Music Festival featuring Kyle Park

• 7:30 a.m. – Kyle-O-Meter 5-K sign-up/check-in
• 8:30 a.m. – Kyle-O-Meter 5-K begins from Wallace Middle School
• Noon – Kyle Fair Carnival opens
• 2:30 p.m. – Texas Hold’em Poker Tournament sign-up/check-in
• 3 p.m. – Texas Hold’em Poker Tournament begins at Historic Kyle City Hall
