It was a spooktacular night for the Boo-dah Halloween Festival, which saw a crowd of thousands turn out to Main Street and the green belt for trick or treating and games Thursday night. And Saturday afternoon, ghosts, ghouls and goblins filled City Square Park in Kyle – or is that City Scare Park? –  for a Halloween carnival.
