STAFF REPORTS

As part of ongoing construction work along Dacy Lane (CR 205) to improve safety and mobility, Dacy Lane from north of Seton Parkway to south of Downing Way will be closed to through traffic for the construction of a four-lane bridge with sidewalks over Bunton Creek.

The road will be closed beginning Dec. 20 and is expected to be closed for six months. During the construction, traffic northbound on Dacy Lane will be detoured onto westbound Kyle Parkway to the northbound IH-35 frontage road, then east on Bebee Road and back to Dacy Lane.

Southbound Dacy Lane traffic will be detoured east on Bebee Road, south on Goforth Road and west on Goforth Road/Bunton Branch, then back to Dacy Lane.

The improvements to Dacy Lane are funded by Hays County and the city of Kyle.
