An 18-wheeler tractor-trailer rig overturned in a ditch on Dacy Lane behind Seton Medical Center Hays at about 4 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 21. The unidentified driver, who was not injured, reported hearing several large pops, officials said. Kyle Fire Chief Glenn Whitaker said that the driver may have taken a turn too quickly, however, the cause of the accident is still under investigation. PHOTOS by KAY RICHTER
