Michael Joseph Ury, 51, of Buda went to our Lord on Thursday, October 21, 2010. He was born in San Bernardino, California on December 6, 1958 to parents, Richard Ury and Bettie Ury.
Michael was a veteran. He owned K&M Landscaping, Irrigation and Lighting. He was a very hard working man and took great pride in all of his work. He would help anyone who would ask. He had a heart of gold. His passions were fishing and being in the mountains in Oregon. He was the happiest there. Words cannot express the sorrow we feel in losing this wonderful man. We thank God for the time that we had with him.
Brother, Steve Ury, precedes Michael in death. He is survived by his parents, his wife, Karen; children, Joshua and Chris Ury; stepchildren, Bobby, Krystal and Ethan Shirley; brothers, William and David Ury; sisters, Teresa Sims and Angela Fultz.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m., Thursday, October 28, at Eeds Funeral Home in Lockhart.
