Two Kyle men have been indicted on felony counts of sexual contact with a child by a Hays County grand jury on Feb. 3, court records show.
Federico Ramon Gonzales, 35, is charged with continuous sexual abuse of a child, a first-degree felony, while Marcelino Jack Salazar Jr., 33, faces a charge of indecency with a child by sexual contact, a second-degree felony.
In an affidavit used to secure an arrest warrant, Gonzales, of 550 Sheep Trail, allegedly had his underage daughter perform oral and anal sex with him on numerous occasions. The 14-year-old daughter told police in October that the oral sex began when she was six years old and the anal sex when she was 10 years old.
The victim told police that the sexual abuse happened “multiple times throughout the week over the years,” according to the affidavit, written by Kyle Police Det. Pedro Carrasco Jr.
A second affidavit on Salazar, of 910 Petras Way, states that he allegedly groped his daughter’s friend during a sleepover last year.
Hays County Sheriff’s Office Det. Lenny Martinez stated in an affidavit that around Aug. 1, 2010, the underage female victim went to Salazar’s home to spend the night with his 11-year-old daughter. The victim, whose age was not disclosed, explained that she and the family all slept on the same bed in one of the many rooms inside the home.
While on the same bed, the victim reported that Salazar touched her inappropriately. After that, she got up and asked to go home. Salazar said it was okay and she left and rode her bike home, the affidavit reports.
Both men remain in custody at the Hays County Jail. No trial dates have been set for either suspect.
