I appreciate Jeff Barton’s efforts for better, safer roads in Hays County. Jeff crafted and championed the 2008 road bond program, and his effective management has brought major improvements to IH-35 on schedule and under budget. Barton also continues the fight to keep the SH45/FM1626 link alive.
