After revising its construction schedule for SH 45, TxDOT now will be closing parts of the interstate near Buda starting May 18 and running through May 22.
Beginning Sunday night, May 18, and running through May 22, the southbound lanes of IH-35 will be closed from 9 p.m. through 5 a.m near Buda at the SH 45 interchange. Traffic will be diverted to the frontage roads.
The FM 1327 bridge will also be closed on those nights.
The closures are necessary for placment of steel girders over the
mainlanes.
