Rogelio Cardenas Santos, 75, died June 14, 2008. He retired from the University of Texas at Austin, Department of Physical Plant.
He is survived by wife, Alicia Sandoval Santos; daughters, Argelia Sanchez, Zoila Rocha, Amalia Patino, Norma Santos, Maribel Cantu; sons, Rogelio Santos, Jr., Juan Santos, Guadalupe Santos, Jesus Santos; three sisters; 31 grandchildren; six great-granchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and relatives.
Visitation at 4:00 p.m. and Recitation of the Holy Rosary to follow at 7:00 p.m., at Wilke-Clay-Fish Funeral Home. Mass of the Christian Burial will be celebrated at 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, June 17, at Santa Cruz Catholic Church. Interment follows at Live Oak Cemetery in Manchaca.
