Letter to the Editor

Dear Editor:

Why do men oppose abortion? They are the breadwinners! The majority of the Supreme Court Justices are men according to the last PBS photo. How many of these men voted against abortion? How many have children? Grandchildren?

Of course, I doubt Supreme Court Justices are poor. I wonder if they realize the impossibility of providing for even one child, much less 6 or 8, on a minimum wage salary.

We have returned to the Dark Ages. Even “over the counter” preventative methods have been outlawed. Women no longer have a say-so regarding prevention of pregnancy.

What’s next? Will condoms be outlawed? If that is all there is left in prevention of pregnancy then condom dispensaries should be installed in High School campus bathrooms for both sexes.

I wonder if our Supreme Court Justices are planning to provide nurseries and Drop-off Daycare?
