The Buda chapter of Taking Off Pounds Sensibly (TOPS) held a “Sunshine and Fun Style Show” and luncheon at the Onion Creek Senior Center on June 20. Open to the public, the large audience enjoyed seeing the models walk the floor in outfits perfect for the summer heat. The event, which was a fundraiser for the group, was a way for members to show off their weight loss as well as to support each other on their weight-loss journey. The group, under Ruth Cook's leadership, meets every Tuesday morning at the center and welcomes new members.
