Hays County Judge Ruben Becerra presents a proclamation to La Sociedad Cuauhtémoc at the unveiling of the historical marker at Cuauhtémoc Hall on Saturday, July 1. The community gathered at 1100 Patton St. in San Marcos to celebrate the 81st anniversary of the hall, which was named after the last Aztec emperor.
