DRIPPING SPRINGS –  On Jan. 17, the Dripping Springs Lady Tigers soccer team (2-5-1) hosted the Bowie High School Bulldogs (2-3).

The game was delayed by one day due to the frigid temperature on Jan. 16.

The Tigers came out strong and shutout the Bulldogs 3-0 in the first half. They added two more goals in the second half. Goals were scored by Annika Carpenter, Allison Dement, Lily Ruff and two goals were made by Ella Castillo.

The Lady Tigers' next home game is set for Jan. 30 at Tiger Stadium against Lake Travis High School (4-2).
