DRIPPING SPRINGS — In the last home game of the season, the Dripping Springs Lady Tigers basketball team secured a win over the Del Valle High School Cardinals. The Tigers’ current district record is 5-10; they are currently in sixth place.
The Tigers came out strong during the first half and the halftime score was Tigers 32, Cardinals 22. They continued to play hard and the final score was Tigers 59, Cardinals 49.
The Tigers honored their seniors along with their parents. The seniors are Jocelyn Freemyer (No. 2), Jaiden Stankard (No. 5) and Kenlea Hardin (No. 12).
The last game of the season will be on the road at Anderson High School (3-12) on Tuesday, Feb. 6.
