Seven more cases of COVID-19 were added to Hays County’s toll Sunday, bringing the total to 89. There have been no deaths, 9 hospitalization including 2 currently, and 549 negative tests results. Results in 9 cases remain pending, Twenty four people have recovered.
There were no new positives reported on Saturday, April 11.
Kyle has seen the most positive cases at 36, while San Marcos has 28 and Buda 15. Dripping Springs and Wimberley have 3 each.
The hardest-hit age group in the county has been 50-59 years (28), those 30-39 (18) and 40-49 (16). One person under the age of 10 tested positive, and there has not yet been a positive test on anyone over the age of 79.
