Eighty two cases of COVID-19 have been confirmed in Hays County, with two new cases reported to the count’s Health Department since Thursday.
Fifty eight of those are active. Twenty four people have recovered and 492 have tested negative. Test results in 13 cases are pending.
The highest number of cases, 33, were confirmed in residents of Kyle. Twenty four are in San Marcos, 15 in Buda, three each in Dripping Springs and Wimberley and four at Hays County residences with Austin addresses.
No deaths have been reported, an there have been no confirmed cases in Driftwood and Woodcreek.
