Everything is bigger in Texas, including the homecoming mum tradition. Prior to the start of homecoming festivities last week, students in the Johnson High School Floral Design courses handcrafted the school’s first-ever mega mum. Pictured, the mum, created by students in Tiffany Stratton’s advanced Floral Design class, measures at 18-feet and one-inch tall and is approximately 6-feet wide.
