In the first quarter, the Cavaliers scored first on a 4-yard pass and then, later, on 47-yard run. The first quarter ended with the score Cavaliers 14, Tigers 0. The Tigers struggled to move the ball on the Cavaliers defense. However, in the second quarter, the Tigers scored on a 53yard pass from Maddox Maher to Jakob Rivas and the PAT by Aiden Burgeson was good.

The third quarter started and the Cavaliers scored another touchdown on a 36-yard pass and the score was Cavaliers 35, Tigers 7. This was a large deficit for the Tigers, but they kept battling to find the endzone. The fourth quarter started and the Cavaliers offense again kept the Tigers defense on their heels. They scored two quick touchdowns and the score was Cavaliers 49, Tigers 14. With the game clock winding down, backup quarterback Mateo Perez entered the game and found the endzone on a quarterback keeper for a 60-yard run.
