The state-ranked Dripping Springs Lady Tigers overpowered the Del Valle High School Cardinals on Friday, Oct. 25, with 25-22, 25-16 and 25-14 as the final scores.
According to team stats, senior libero Callie Krueger surpassed 2,000 career digs and junior outside hitter Henley Anderson surpassed 1,000 career digs.
The Tigers clinched the UIL 6A Region IV District 26 Championship. The Tigers are currently 11-0 and the bi-district playoffs will begin at the conclusion of the district play.
