With a goal to serve people only the healthiest, best quality foods, Kate Smith and her husband, Charles, opened Nectarine, located at 2001 US-290, Suite 116, Dripping Springs.
After experiencing some health issues, Smith discovered that having a gluten-free diet and focusing on whole, organic foods, actually boosted her health — but that didn’t come without its challenges.
