Close to a dozen Dripping Springs Tiger boys and girls swimmers closed the 2020 season in style as they competed at the UIL state swimming and diving meet at the Lee and Joe Jamail Swim Center in Austin. Leading the way for Dripping Springs was Tiger Savannah Karas who qualified for last Saturday’s finals race in the 100-yard butterfly and finished in 6th place with a time of just over 58 seconds. On the boys side, Dripping Springs’ Danny Henry also claimed a 6th place overall finish in the 200-yard freestyle race by clocking in at 1:41.69.
