The Dripping Springs Chamber of Commerce, community stakeholders and other guests cut the ribbon Sept. 16 on Oakwood Public Market, located at 2500 Beverly Drive next to Headwaters. Perched on a hilltop with views of Dripping Springs and beyond, Oakwood Public Market was built as a welcoming space for neighbors and visitors alike, Guests are encouraged to linger, relax and enjoy the various experiences the market has to offer, including a coffee shop, pizza kitchen, bar and restaurant, indoor/outdoor seating, play area for all ages and more. “We built this space to host life’s best moments, from rehearsal dinners to Sunday brunches and everything in between,” said Blake Rue, Headwaters developer and co-founder of Oakwood. “Dripping Springs has become a destination for events and celebrations and we’re proud to be an inclusive space where visitors from near and far can join in the festivities and feel like they belong.” The business hopes to open its doors sometime in the middle of October.
