Wimberley High School Texans steamroll Smithville 84-26

In its final home game of the season, which also served as Senior Night, the Wimberley High School Texans football team (6-3 overall, 4-1 district) left no room for error, beating the Smithville High School Tigers (0-9 overall, 0-5 district) 84-26 Friday, Oct. 31. The win left the Texans in third place in the district going into the final game of the regular season, which will kick off at 7:30 p.m. Friday, Nov. 7, at Lago Vista High School (5-4 overall, 2-3 district).
