Dripping Springs Tigers makes history with win over Westlake Chaparrals

The Dripping Springs High School football team secured the program’s first ever win over the Westlake High School Chaparrals on the road Friday, Nov. 7. With the 45-35 win, the team brought its district record to 5-1, earning a second-place finish, while Westlake’s 4-2 record relegated it to third place. Next up, Dripping Springs will host Vista Ridge High School for the bi-district round of playoffs at 7 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 13.
