“This Little Piggy”
What does that remind you of? Feet? Maybe not. Maybe Moms and Grandmas don’t use this Nursery Rhyme with their childrens’ toes anymore.
“This little piggy went to Market
This little piggy stayed home
This little piggy ate roast beef
This little piggy had none
This little piggy went wee wee wee
All the way home.
Anyway, if you are old enough to have been subjected to the Little Piggy toe rhyme it may have been the first and last Time anyone played with your toes —- or even held your feet for that matter —- unless you have been lucky enough to have a shoe salesman physically fit your foot in a shoe.
Come to think about it, our feet are probably the most important appendage we have. Without them we would have to depend on a wheel chair for mobility.
That is why it is so nice to get our feet massaged occasionally, in order to keep out feet in #1 condition.
Hence, instead of mom and grandma, there probably is a friend or a spouse capable of massaging feet.
It’s easy. Both sit on the sofa, which you probably do when watching TV. The one who goes first, receiving the footsie probes, lays with feet in the lap of the giver of probes who is probably watching TV.
It doesn’t take a Rocket Scientist to massage feet. Just use your imagination and do what you think would feel good to you as a receiver.
Then when both feet are thoroughly squeezed and probed, finish off by lightly running fingers over top and bottom of the feet. Then switch places.
Whala! When both of you have received the squeezing, etc, besides being more relaxed, you will be that much farther from a wheel chair. At least that’s my opinion.
