KYLE — Stephen Tecci, 78, of Buda, was arrested by the Kyle Police Department Dec. 31. He was charged with stalking, following an investigation that determined he had been approaching and harassing teenage males near the 4300 block of Benner Road.
KPD Investigators believe there may be additional individuals who have not yet come forward. Anyone who has had contact or interactions with Stephen Tecci is encouraged to contact Detective Rainwater by email at [email protected] or by phone at 512-268-3232.
