Dripping Springs High School boys basketball team member Rushton Budge goes for a layup over a defensive player from Akins High School during a matchup between the teams Tuesday, Jan. 20. The Tigers kept the game close, but the Eagles pulled away in the waning minutes of the contest with a 41-35 win. In district, the Tigers are currently 0-6 and their next home game will be against the Del Valle High School Cardinals at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 3.
