The Wimberley High School Lady Texans softball team bested the Legacy Ranch High School Wranglers in two games, April 23 and April 24, to claim the Bi-District Champion title. Game one was a shutout, with the Lady Texans putting up 11 runs. In game two, the Wranglers snuck in a few runs, but could not keep up, leading to a 9-5 Wimberley win.

The team settles in for a quick talk from the coach. Next up, the Lady Texans will face Devine High School in the Area round of playoffs at 7 p.m. Wednesday, April 29, at Alamo Heights High School.
