Chicken Salad Chick now open in Kyle

Chicken Salad Chick celebrated its grand opening alongside the Kyle Area Chamber of Commerce Wednesday, Aug, 19, with a ribbon cutting. Several of the Lehman Lobo Cheerleaders were in attendance to rev up the crowd prior to the event. Additionally, residents wrapped around the building after having lined up for hours in order to receive free chicken salad for a year.

The business was founded in 2008 in Alabama and has since opened locations throughout the nation. Visitors have several chicken salads to choose from, including Fancy Nancy, which features apples, grapes and pecans, Sassy Scotty for a bacon cheddar ranch taste and more.
