Groundbreaking held for The Roundabout In Buda

The Greater Buda Chamber of Commerce hosted groundbreaking, pictured above, for Buda’s newest development, The Roundabout in Buda Tuesday, Sept. 8. Developer Tim Dowling stated that the project has been in the works for three years. The goal, he continued, was to answer the community’s want for a retail center. A permanent jewelry store, nail salon and Irish pub, alongside La Ola Pop Shop’s second location and Trianon Coffee will be in the first phase. So far, approximately 49% of the retail lot has been pre-leased. The Roundabout in Buda will be located at 1149 RM 967.
