DRIPPING SPRINGS — Dripping Springs High School announced the 2026 Homecoming Court, including senior nominees for this year’s King and Queen, as well as the Duke and Duchess candidates for the freshman, sophomore and junior classes, Thursday, Sept. 17.
Homecoming Week will feature several community events on Wednesday, Sept. 30, leading up to the Oct. 2 football game against Buda’s Johnson High School.
Homecoming Parade, Pep Rally & Carnival – Wednesday, Sept. 30
The Homecoming Parade will take place at 6 p.m. Wednesday around the DSHS campus. A community pep rally will follow at 7 p.m. at Tiger Stadium, where the Dukes and Duchesses will be presented. The night's festivities will conclude with a carnival at 7:30 p.m. in the G Lot, located north of Tiger Stadium.
Community members may park in any DSHS parking lot, but are encouraged to arrive before 5:50 p.m., as the campus will be closed to traffic until after the parade has concluded.
Homecoming Game – Friday, Oct. 2
The Tiger football team will host the Johnson High School Jaguars at Tiger Stadium at 7:30 p.m. Friday. The 2026 Homecoming King and Queen will be crowned at halftime.
